Went in to take my name off me and my wife's account and he told me you can't do it without closing the account. Told him I just talked to a branch banker on the phone and they told me I could. So drove out to PNC by South Hills village and was taken care of by Brian Ator immediately. Everything was taken care of."

"Any time you come here they’ve got 2-3 bankers just chilling doing nothing and then 1 teller with a line out the door. Huge waste."

"This is the closest PNC Bank Branch Office from my house. It's not a bad bank, however it's a small bank and they have a limit to how much cash you can take out at this bank. But otherwise, the teller and consultants at this branch are always nice. They have a parking lot in front, and two ATM machines outside."

"I've always had a great experience at PNC bank( Mcmurray and Monongahela offices)but today when trying to make a deposit I was told I could not make a deposit unless I provided them with a driver's license.Rt.51 and Brownsville Rd. The teller supervisor was of absolutely no help.. Very disappointed in the service."
