"Very rude teller. She did not resolve my issue and when manager came to help he was very unprofessional and only wanted to help if we opened a new account product with them."

"Don't be fooled by the "Big Name Bank"-- I had over $20K in my bank account and they wouldn't cash a $36 business check!!.. They only will deposit non-Chase checks!! No community banking services!!!... Chase is just interested in high-profit (for them!) "Private Banking"--investments, CD's, high-interest loans, Jeffrey Epstein(!), etc.!!! AVOID!!!!!!"

They helped me thoroughly understand all the terms and conditions related to their personal banking accounts, credit cards, investing options etc. Would definitely recommend banking with them. So I called a few months back to get some overdraft fees waived and they did so. Fast forward to now and I have some fees I needed waived and they were unable to waive them.
