I have visited other shops in the past because of the commute but definetly nobody compares to Leni and her staff, their work is clean and worth the price ! !!"

"no stars I've been coming here for years to get my nails done. I recently started getting my lashes done. They went up from $40 to $75 but I was willing to pay because I liked her work and I had been a loyal customer until now. While getting my lashes done she got glue in my hair that burned my scalp and proceeded to only give me $5 dollars off of the lash install. Ive been coming for years. The least they could do was comp my lashes especially since she was unable to remove the glue from my hair. I will never come here again."

"I came in today wanting regular polish with a fill I usually get gel but decided to just skip on it this time. The woman that did my nails was rude There was only one other girl there so it seemed nice and quiet upon arriving and I eventually discovered there was a reason no one else was there. They were reusing tools that were not clean on me and when I asked she gaslit me. One of my fingers started burning badly after she applied something on my cuticles. I mentioned it and she gaslit that as well claiming I had a sensitive cuticle. I’ve had my nails done for years and never had that happen. She asked me to pay before painting them since they were going to take a while to dry. I agreed and paid. I told her I was waiting to leave my tip until after the service was completed and she threw her arm up at me and mumbled something. I felt pretty uncomfortable so I sat there to let my nails dry for only a few minutes so I could just leave. Also I was told a fill for regular nail polish would be 25$. They said they were charging me 8$ more because they needed to file my nails?? Isn’t that something you’re supposed to do in general when using acrylic? I would’ve left no tip because of this but I wanted to be better than that. She was no where to be found by the time my nails were dry so i signed the receipt and put it on her desk and left just for her to come running out right as I was getting in my car to ask me “hey where’s the receipt I need the tip.” Can’t say I’ll be coming back here after that. Hopefully they use this feedback to do different with others."
