"I went to get a full set on my birthday and the overall experience was horrible i will never go back. The nail tech who did my nails literally did not even cover my entire nail with acrylic..... He did a fast and sloppy job. I asked for a design and it looked nothing like the picture. I had to go back the next day to have another lady redo the design because they were so bad.... If you cannot do a design you should not tell a client you can. They were rude when I came back even though it was very clear the nails looked terrible. Days later I had an infected nail which i have never had before. The male tech argued that I had stuff on top of my nails that got into one acrylic simply because he was too lazy to redo the nail. Even though it was extremely evident a bristle from the brush he used came off and was inside of the acrylic... I do not recommend you use this salon the overall experience was far from good."

"My favorite since 2015!!! Been here more then enough times to know the staff is amazing! Hats off to Diana, Jackie, Steve and the amazing crew! I have read many reviews and it bothers me that being a woman in the customer service industry, sometimes you have to take the bitter with the sweet. Yes, they are busy, remember however they have to multitask to keep everyone happy. They do all this why trying to focus on the task at hand, which is you! If they have stop and run to the front door as soon as another customer comes in, guess what happens..accidents and mishaps. They are always busy but still greet from their seats, which I appreciate as I don't want to be interrupted while I am paying my hard earned dollars to be pampered. So the picky reviews are irrelevant, truly. They do appreciate every race, nationality and sex when you walk in the door. Patience from incoming customers that have only been here once, can truly make others turn away with these reviews. I had to say something because I have been coming here for years! Ok, that's my rant and it's over. If you want a great job done and want to feel appreciated go here."
