"To begin with, I showed Rebecca a picture of balayage hair and and We discussed being charged for balayage. However she decides to do highlights. The highlights did not even look like the picture I showed her, she then attempted fixing it and it still didn’t look like balayage. In addition to this, there is a section of hair at the bottom that hasn’t been dyed at all. The hair is black while the rest of the hair is lightly colored. The salon then said they would charge an additional $100 to finish the hair that should’ve been done the first time. Although the manager were cooperating well with the situation when I spoke to Rebecca she came across as very rude and uninterested in helping and left mid conversation without hearing my point of view. I am completely unsatisfied with the service and do not recommend her work."
