I got there a little before closing and they were so nice and did not rush doing anything. I love the work! Nancy did a great job on my nails, no cuts or anything like that, just beautiful unicorn chrome nails! "As a loyal customer for nearly three years, my recent visit under new management was unexpectedly unprofessional. Initially seeking a simple fill, my gel started peeling. Jenny was great when I called the next day, and Nancy said it would be no problem to fix my nails. However, during the appointment, Nancy, who has done my nails before without issue, became unusually aggressive with the drill, cutting my cuticle three times and causing bleeding fingers. The cuts on my cuticles became infected. The disappointment in the level of unprofessionalism is disheartening given my loyalty to the establishment. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in the service."
