"Won’t return. I liked the first time I came here and had the owner cut my hair but the second time, the younger girl that I was put with seemed like she’d been cutting hair for a week. I called and asked for someone who could do more edgy hair cuts and was put with her. My mid-back hair was razored until it was to my shoulders. I was crying and the girl marched off saying that everyone’s “style” was different. The owner asked to see the picture I brought and she had to step in to help correct the mess. While it looked better, even more hair had to be cut and I was there for three hours and still had to pay full price. Now that my hair has grown back, I’m definitely looking for a different salon. So disappointing because I like to patron the same facilities when receiving a service."
