"Very disappointed. I’ve been coming to Luxury for a long time and I have been unhappy with my nails the past few times I went. The first time I got them fixed and liked them better but it’s not worth it having to get my nails done twice every time I go. Sang fixed my nails the first time and did a great job. The past two times I went to Quan and feel as if his quality of work has gone down. In 2020 I loved the work he did but now I am very unhappy. Each nail is a different shape and are cut too short. The atmosphere and environment is very beautiful and nice but the quality of work has dropped. My nails are nothing like the picture I showed and asked for"

"I invite you to zoom in. Worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I left with painted cuticles. This guy Tony talked way too much and didn’t focus on doing a good paint job. By the time I realized my toes looked like this it was already too late because I got gel and I needed to leave. I’m pretty sure he needs glasses bc wow."

"UPDATED Review of 4 Stars: was able to make it back in to see if the owner would be able to honor their offer to redo my nails (travels and work did not allow me to come earlier). The owner was very concerned and worked with me to rectify things using the same technician. Although I was a little skeptical, the owner and technician took the time to ensure they understood my requests, the technician took their time, and this was a much better experience. Given the willingness to redo my nails, and their sincere desire to get it right, I am updating my review to 4 Stars. *********************************** ORIGINAL Review of 1 Star: I was extremely disappointed in the entire service. From repeatedly asking for my water to be hot, to the worst paint job I’ve EVER had, and the cost of $75 for a gel pedicure (most other places charge $55) it just was not worth. I wholeheartedly do not recommend."
