"This was my very first visit to the Prince Frederick location. I normally travel to a natural hair salon in DC, but a family member recommended this location to me. I was very impressed with the service and quality of care for my naturally, thick and curly hair. Tímmica did an amazing job on a blowout, silk press and trim. She took her time and was professional in making sure I was pleased with the results. I will definitely be back to this location!"

"My daughter recently went in because she wanted her wavy hair straightened. The lady that did her hair suggested she do the chemical relaxer instead of the keratin treatment, stating it would last longer. She said it should turn out great because she has wavy hair, not curly. $160 later her hair is still just as wavy as when she went in and fried/damaged on top of that. For a student working part time, that's a lot of money. She has reached out and was told she could not get a refund, even a partial one."
