"They do a great job and prices not crazy!"
"Made an appointment for 9 am. Arrived on time and was told to sit at the person's station. Waited 15 minutes with no one saying anything to me. Asked how long the wait was and was told he wasn't even there and he wouldn't be there for another 15 minutes. Was also told that no one else could assist me because all the customers that came after me had appointments too. Inconsiderate of me and my time. This happened on another occasion as well. I guess my money is not wanted or needed at this location. Wish I could give a big 0 for customer service."
"This is my $40 gel manicure. Towel lint mixed in with the polish and gel polish itself looks like regular nail polish I could’ve done myself. Nail shape isn’t consistent or even for that matter. To make things worse, the nail tech said it was $30. I repeated him “$30?” and he nods his head yes. I get to the register and he rings me up for $40. And then waits around for a tip. I will not be going back."
