But when you tell an 89 year old that can barely get around that even though there are NO CUSTOMERS in the shop that she has to wait 95 minutes for a haircut is just more then a little bit insane. She didn't want anything but a haircut. No shampoo, no coloring. Just a haircut. Seriously what's the point of "walk ins welcome" if your going to make them wait 95 minutes while you shop is empty. This place is a joke."

"Having your door locked during the middle of the day (in the middle of posted business hours) and not letting anyone in is not what I’d call a great business practice. The cosmetologists were just sitting around and could clearly see me. I will not be coming back."

"If I could give it 0 stars I would :) . First off, I walk in for a simple trim and shampoo. I have never got my hair cut before a wash. That’s what she did… cut before wash.. I even asked “you cut before a wash” she said yes, so I just went with what she said, I put faith in her to since she works at a hair place secondly, she kept telling me I am thinning. I am 22 years old. I am not thinning. It is the way my part is that makes it look different, so the lack of experience with hair is beyond me. Third, when she was washing my hair .. once again after my cut, she put a towel over my face, never have I ever had that done while getting my hair cut. It felt very awkward me sitting there with a towel covering my face. Fourth… usually I get asked “do you part your hair to the side or right in the middle” She never asked me anything about how I style my hair so she could cut it correctly. Lastly, she didn’t dry my hair or anything so I literally walked out of there with a soaked head. Oh one more thing… she didn’t even ask if I wanted to see my hair or just give me the mirror, I had to ask. It looked fine while it was soaken wet, but once I got home, and it was dry, I noticed it was messed up. And the photo does not do any justice for how bad it looks. The lack of experience in this lady really shows just in my whole experience. I called back once I got home and noticed my hair was messed up so I could get a refund or something and I called 8 times and no one answered, and this was before closing time of 5pm. I would like someone to give me a call if I do not get an answer when I call in the morning. Like I said the photo doesn’t even show how messed up it is, but as you can see it looks bad in the photo."
