Doni took the time to listen to my concerns and perform a thorough consultation prior to asking if I would be comfortable returning to the salon chair. She was able to correct my previous stylist's mistakes while also being thoughtful about my preferences. It was comforting to speak with a professional with such passion and skill. I will return for future services."

Brandi has taken the time, trip after trip to ensure that I’m getting exactly what I expect regardless if it’s a hair cut, highlight with all over color, and even branching me out to the greatness of a Brazilian blowout (which came with with more than a couple of questions from me)! To say that her patience and unwavering dedication to her profession is top notch wouldn’t even cover her greatness! Honestly the entire staff at The Loft are amazing, always willing to lend a helping hand, answer any question or literally just strike up a conversation during their down time!
