"I am quite saddened and disappointed with my result. I came in for a perm. I did a consultation, to ensure that my questions were addressed and to inform that i did not want to cut my hair. The consultation felt rushed but i came back a week later for the perm. The perm took about 5 hours, and was a painful process. The ends of my hair were burnt and needed to be cut off (which i really did not want but had to do) and it was a rushed cut so now my hair is uneven. I was charged $300 instead of the quoted $200. Moreover, my hair isn't even very curly on top now! I am very disappointed and wished they took better care of me and my hair."

She knows what looks good but considers your input on what the outcome should be as well. She took her time and made sure the color was saturated thoroughly.
