"I've been going here for a little over a year and as it's never the same person I've always had an ok to great experience. Today was a different story and cemented the fact that I don't need to travel 30 minutes to get my brows threaded. The young lady was paying more attention to the other lady trying to cash out a customer, that she took a whole chunk of hair from my brow. You can't fix that, only with makeup. When I pointed it out she looked confused smh"

"My first and last time getting my eyebrows done here. The customer service was non existent and my eyebrows grew back within a week. Instead of threading under the root, she just cut the hair in half causing it to grow back faster. Definitely not worth the 14$ + tip price tag."

"I have loved this location for years. Giving three stars because of my last two experiences there with a newer employee who always wears pink/red lipstick and works on Saturdays. The first time she did my brows I told her she got rid of the tail and she argued with me about it. Then when it was time for me to get out of the chair, she did not readjust it so I could get up and checked me out with an attitude. Today I went and wanted to get a different person because I’d had a bad experience with her. The other employee couldn’t do my brows though so I settled for her again and just told her in the beginning to leave the ends of my brows. She did my brows and I felt her near the tails but it felt like she was shaping them and not taking them. When I looked in the mirror one brow was fine and the other? You guessed it! Missing the tail. I really like DuPont threading but I won’t be back to the Pennsylvania ave location because of this employee, and my repeated experience with her service."
