"I use to go here often but it seems they are more concerned with taking your money than providing good quality service like they have in the past. My last visit was for my birthday dinner and I wanted to get a full set gel x and pedicure with same color to match my dress. Something simple no designs or anything extra just a nice color. However my final bill was $160. I was confused because the gel x full set was $65 and the pedicure was $45 a total of $110. But I was told that the specific color I chose was why it was so costly. She never explained that to me before giving me the color nor while doing it. It was a very confusing thing because why is a certain gel color more expensive than the others? Made no sense, also the pedicure was poorly done because she did not use any soap on my feet. Just a 5 minute scrub with the pedicure tool a quick massage and clipping than the color. The whole experience was just not the same and I never returned. Hopefully things will improve but I work hard for my money and I don’t need a price change on things like polish every time I visit. I’ll be trying a new nail spa soon."

"This salon is the worst. I tried to give this salon a second chance. They’ve disappointed me again. They’ve used watered down nail polish that does not last. Most of the technician have poor pedicure and manicure skills. Never get waxed because they leave hairs and when you tell them, they get pissed and want to increase the price saying that will be extra. My eyebrows are crooked. One fat and curves the other not. They take no responsibility for their faults by acting like they can’t understand ENGLISH."

"I have been coming here since I was a little girl and recently stopped after a last year due to the decline in customer service. The tall lady has a jacked up attitude and never wants to do her job. You pay for a pedicure she does a half job. You pay for eyebrow service and she only waxes it and does not want to shape or trim as they always do. I only came today because it is close to my job to see Cindy or Judy, they are sweet. I will not be back. The art work and designs are mediocre anyways"
