I'm very satisfied with how well she was able to get these 3/4 inches of hair braided.. I will definitely be going back.! I did add one photo of my hair before she braided so you all can see what I was working with."

"I actually wish I could give 0 stars. Please do not patronize this business!!!! I went into this African hair braiding shop for two feed in braids they assured me they could do it and I sat right down in the chair. After the lady asked me how did I want my hair I showed her a picture and she started it. I realized that she was parting my hair sideways and not straight down the middle like I had asked so I showed her the picture again and told her I wanted a middle part and two feed in braids. She rolled her eyes and started my hair (feeling uncomfortable) I sat there and let her finish. I felt like she was rushing through my hair but it's only two braids and she was the professional so I trusted the process. I shouldn't have. After seeing the final result of my hair I told Mimi and the person that did my hair that I DID NOT like it and it looked nothing like the picture... another customer came in and said she wanted the same thing done to her hair but after she saw the job she decided not to get her hair done (this was HER decision) I called the next day to let the shop know that my hair was already unraveling and it wasn't even 24 hours later and the owner of the shop SCREAMED over the phone and told me I ran her customer away because I didn't like my hair which didn't make any sense to me. Her worker did a HORRIBLE job and the customer saw that for herself she then told me the only way I could get my money back was if I came in with my hair taken out. This is the worst experience that I've ever had at a African braiding shop and I will not be returning. They take your money before you even get your hair done which was also a first for me. I was very unhappy with the service as they were not AT ALL professional I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE!"

"Excellent hair styling by Janet. She is very delicate, uses a good proportion of your hair with the braiding hair, and moves at a great pace without feeling like it's being rushed. I've been to her twice and both great experiences with a lot of compliments on my hair!"
