"I went and got a full set of gel acrylics. He had used this liquid and it burned my skin. I told him and they brushed it off. He told me that because I wanted my nails shorter, it would cost more. As he was cutting my nails down, he had cut me and I started bleeding. He recognized the blood and continued to shave my skin down more."

"Had a very good experience for my first time. Ella was my nail tech and was super sweet and got my design done exactly like the picture. Very busy on a Saturday, make sure you have an appt and go early."

"I had the worst experience ever at this nail salon. This was my second visit, but it will be my last. I'm a woman of color and wanted my nails painted yellow. The nail technician refused to do my nails because she thought yellow was too light for my complexion. I have never heard of a tech refusing to do nails because she didn't agree with a customer's choice of color. I came to the salon to enjoy a nice mother and daughter experience. My 10 year old daughter was having her nails done and was to have a pedicure. People came in without appointments and they pushed my daughter to the side. Even though we had appointments, my daughter didn't get her much anticipated pedicure. We were told that she would have to come back on Monday. Sad to say, I felt discriminated against in this establishment. It seems their practice is to place customers of color last. My daughter's experience was interrupted several times for the tech to take care of other patrons. I wanted to leave, but didn't want to leave with my daughters nails undone."

Tina was very nice, the price was very affordable, the foot and leg massage was relaxing, the massage chairs were totally bomb, and my feet turned out looking great. "Awful experience. Waited over an hour for our appointment, and the staff acted as if we were inconveniencing them by being there. They completely ignored my 8 year old daughter when she asked for a design, snapped at her, and then nicked her cuticles multiple times. I got acrylics and it has never taken so long, and the design I asked for looks so embarrassingly awful. Just bad service all around. Will never go back."
