"I had an amazing first experience here after I walked in with tears flowing down my face from a horrible ombré nails fiasco at another local salon. They immediately agreed to fix my nails. Nina worked me into her busy schedule and gave me the gorgeous ombré nails I wanted just in time for graduation. She also talked to me like I was family even though we had just met. So grateful for Bay Nails and Nina- I will definitely be going back!"

"I sincerely never post things like this(I know everyone who says that usually complains regularly but I don’t and yes I did try to resolve with them orior to posting)…but I hope this saves someone else the headache. Very disappointing first experience at Bay Nails in Chester. I went yesterday for a Gel x manicure and less than 12 hours later every nail has split and fallen off because they were not applied by the tech correctly. Bay Nails has refused to refund me only offering to reapply them ($75 plus a $20 tip - of course I’m not asking for the tip back just the service fee of $75). I would totally understand and would be open to them reapplying if it was 1 or 2 nails however, for all 10 to split and fall off in under 12 hours is ridiculous. After such a horrible experience I’m not comfortable nor do I have the time to go back in to have them reapplied as I had hired a sitter to even go. Disputing with my credit card company but buyer beware."
