"Two weeks ago, I ordered the fried chicken, Mac and cheese, and a banana pudding. The food was amazing, and I wrote an amazing review. What I value most in good food establishments is consistency. Today, while at work again, I decided to order two orders of the delicious banana pudding via Door Dash again. However, what I got today was cream covered rotten bananas, and no, I'm not calling for a refund, but this has impacted your restaurant's reputation, and I will never order anything from here again. Thanks for the one positive experience...you guys might want to discard the remaining product, as you can see from the photos the bananas are black."
"Good food and good service! Orders came fast, and the chicken was popping hot! The waffle has a great crispy outer layer that is very satisfying to bite into. The interior of the waffle was airy, light, and fluffy. I will be back!!"
"Went here based off a recommendation from a few friends. Drove from King George area. Honestly, the food was pretty average, if anything somewhat tasteless. We tried a variety of dishes to have a more extensive review: Chicken and a waffles, Nashville Chicken Sandwich, Regular Chicken Sandwich, the Chicken bucket with an assortment of thighs, breast, tenders and wings, cream spinach, Mac n cheese, banana pudding and cheesecake. The Nashville chicken sandwich was a disgrace to Nashville. No spice to it, no kick or flavor and seemed like they gipped us on sauce. We basically ordered two plain chicken sandwiches. The chicken and waffles were decent but didn’t even come with any smear. The waffle could’ve been equated to a hotel waffle and was hard after it got cold. The chicken bucket was probably the best thing because the chicken was fresh, extremely juicy, but to me lacked seasoning. It didn’t have an identity in terms of flavor, just properly cooked fried chicken. I would go as far as saying Publix and Royal Farms chicken has better flavor. The best thing that I would recommend about this place that to me stands as an iconic menu item is the banana pudding. It was smooth, flavorful, and did not have a nasty artificial banana aftertaste. The cheesecake was also good. Customer service was terrible. The girl at the front counter seemed uninterested and they kept forgetting multiple items we ordered like the Mac n cheese and cream spinach. I overheard one of her co-workers tell her in Spanish that the standard large order of Mac n cheese comes with two trays, and she responded saying that she had forgot to do that for multiple orders. Staff seems unproven. Might as well go to Hot Chikn Kitchn (has more sauce options for chicken) or Metro Diner (have better chicken and waffles with smear)."
"I’m visiting from out of town and I love me some chicken and waffles, so I came here to check it out. While they are not the best that I have had, the meal was still enjoyable. If you had your own special syrup, I swear that would be the cherry on top of some amazing chicken and waffles."
