"I recently went and tried this Great Clips for the second time after the unqualified hairdresser messed up my hair. As I went in and she said to me that she remembers me than proceeds to wet my hair with a spray bottom like they do to men. Now I am visible a women and have mid-length curly hair. This women was unprofessional, as I did not say to her that I did not want my hair washed. I was expecting her to bring me to wash station and she did not. She proceeds to cut my hair very blotchy and cut more of my hair than I asked of. I got up and did not want her to continue, I explained to her that she did this last time as well. She did not give me proper service, she asked me "whens the last time I came to me?, 2001?". She was implying that I am old, I have never been so disrespected by me expressing my frustration and how unhappy I was with a service along with having my hair cut gone wrong. Another employee came in and was kind to try to fix the issue by offering to fix it and free of charge but I did not want to risk it with another employee at this location. I believe that the women who cut my hair should not have her licenses and should be revoked due to her being extremely unqualified and unprofessional."

"I had my haircut done by a woman named Angelica. I gave her Simple instructions how I like my hair. This woman either doesn't know what a rounded neck line is or she just doesn't care what her clients are asking for. I walked out with a square, even after 2 attempts to correct. This woman should not be cutting anything but her fingernails."
