"Terrible experience December 28th, 2023!!! Not only was this a ghetto experience the manager allows it to be and was disrespectful! First there was a female being loud and boisterous cursing out a guy at the bar then the power went out for about twenty minutes. The female manager proceeded yelling at us telling us to stay in our seats and that none of us could leave until the power was restored. When it finally came back on she was extremely nasty and cocky as if she owned the place and had no customer service skills telling us how she wouldn’t comp or discount anything because it wasn’t their fault the power went out. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! This is not how you handle customers by far. It’s not a customer’s fault that the business failed to have measures to keep their power on and I shouldn’t have had to sit in the dark and not enjoy my full price paid for meal. Something should’ve been done and customer service should’ve been in tact by every means necessary!!!"
