"I avoid the BIG Chain Franchises making traveling adventurous. I opted for a convenient, quick bite at Japan Express, located in the AutoZone strip mall (not the larger Corner strip mall). You can dine in or, take it quickly. I found a pleasant surprise- Oriental Food cooked BY Oriental PEOPLE! I decided on the beef teriyaki, paying a 69 cent premium for the noodles instead of the rice. It appeared I hit their dinner rush hour @ 5:30 but waited a reasonable 10 minutes. They provided a typical variety of prepacked oriental sauces & your choice of Western or Oriental utensils & napkins as you see fit. I would recommend it for anyone, locals or visitors, wanting a tasty & affordable meal."
