"First, I went through the drive thru and there were three people who took my order and I had to repeat it twice. Next, when I arrived at the window, the young lady was very nice handed me an order then asked me to pull in into one of the To Go spot and wait on my drink. Next, a gentleman comes out and asks, "did you get your food", I said yes, but not my coffee. He came back with my coffee, COLD. Trusting the store, I bit into the sandwich and it was not what I ordered. My order was incorrect totally. I proceeded to call the store and the mail box was full. Now, I'm angry. My order was a Single with Cheese no tomato and hot fries and a hot coffee. What I got was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with two tomatoes and cold fries. I'm done"

"Horrible experience! The young lady at the drive through window was very sarcastic and rude! I told her the drive through intercom wasn't working she told me to drive back around to place my order. I also ask for a receipt and was told the machine is broken. Do better Wendys the location in Waldorf Maryland is sooo much better!!!"

"Did drive thru my fries was missing went in and said this, the girl that’s Hispanic with a mustache bushy eyebrows wearing big glasses hit her hand on the counter like she’s confused after I spoke. Girl it’s not that hard idiot just give me what I paid for that you all missed! I swear people make things so simple so hard. The lady that spoke up with courtesy was nice"

"First, we gonna talk about the fact that the service there was horrible! Second, they’re frauds, so many people have told me that they ALWAYS use cash when going to this location, and I see why. Basically, they charged me $8.63 for a $7.00 with some change meal, and that was including tax! Then when I pulled up to the window they told me that the receipt maker was broken basically so they could get away with the fraud. And the nuggets I got were a free offer from the app and they didn’t even use it! Basically what I’m saying is the employees at this location are frauds. Please do not go to this location!"

"I have been to this Wendy’s three times since the remodel and they have messed up each time. This being the worst and most nonchalant. Today my lager order was missing a sandwich and a frosty. So I went in and the lady after giving my a disturbing look handed me a sandwich. I believe I was thrown off by the look I received only to have to go back in o ask for my frosty. I then received a dripping cup of frosty with a top barely on and no straw, spoon, or an apology for making me come in twice for the remainder of my meal. Now 8-24-23 the same bad service and always leaving out an item making me go inside and ask for something I already paid for Also every time I get chili it is sloppy and on the outside of the container Today one of the tops is not on correctly and chili has spilled inside of the bag"
