"Got there a little after 10 minutes and was told that the french fries were not ready I waited a little after 10 more minutes for the french fries to be prepared just for everything to be cold including the chicken wings that I ordered I ordered 10 chicken wings with french fries with only Mumbo Sauce on it and ask the flavor was good I'm highly disappointed of how cold I received it especially waiting inside of the establishment I brought the food home to my two young children just for me having to reheat everything over again and I'm not far from this establishment hopefully next time it will be better"

"I ordered shrimp lo mein and got spaghetti with shrimp. I called to inquire about it, and the guy that takes the orders said they always use spaghetti. I told him my meal don’t even taste like lo mein. He said that’s what people want, and next time I can ask for rice noodles. Why should I have to ask if I don’t know you’re not serving what lo mein is supposed to be. I would not have made a big deal of it, if my food at least tasted like what I ordered."

"I have lived in the area for over 25 years and frequented this carry out many times over the years and recently the younger man who answers the phone and takes orders in person is intolerable! He is down right rude and disrespectful. Not once but every time. I have called and after receiving my payment he hangs up. I asked for extra sauce and was told "why didn't ask in the beginning". well I would have if the order taker was not constantly cutting me off saying what else you want, what else you want?! The shrimp in my shrimp fried rice is always mushy (overcooked) and there is literally 5 pieces of shrimp in a container of dry fried rice. :(. I have no idea why so many people are singing their praises because it is certainly not a professional, clean, reasonably priced establishment. If I could give zero stars I certainly would. Also, this behavior and subpar food preparation has been ongoing for at least 5 years. I take a break and try again and there is ZERO improvement in attitude or food quantity or quality. I am totally done at this point thanks to the new rude order taker. I refuse to pay sometimes $95 for orders to be spoken to like an animal."

"The Food was good and great portions. However, One person placed the order by phone and another person picked it up. Order was incomplete. They left out the soda, and because this was our first time ordering here, the person that picked up the order, wasn’t told that they needed to get the soda themselves. We live further away and too far to go back. When I called to let them know the order was incomplete, that’s when she said, you get your own soda. She said, she thought I asked for French fries, but that wasn’t in the order either. I asked them to note it, and on our next visit, I’ll get the soda at that time. She only stated, that the next time, I’ll know I needed to get it myself from the case. I let them know if everything isn’t with an order at pickup, the customer should be informed of what they need to do to make the order whole. Other than that, the food was a little blend but overall really good. I’ll see what happens on the next visit."

"I placed an order for shrimp lomein, got a ride up to the store picked my food up and got back home and find a rubber band in my food. Called back to inform them and the man basically said he couldn’t refund me my money until I brought him the food back. Sir I’m not paying to come back up there or hold on to it until I can, when you can just refund my card and move on. Will never eat here again and I hope whoever reads this wouldn’t either."
