"I recently had a work event and I called Ledo pizza for help! The staff was great! The food was a Hit and the customer service experience was on point!!!! Everybody at the party was impressed with the food, so Ledo will be the place for all events going forward!!!!"

"They consistently make thin crust pizza. Been eating Ledos pizza for 30 years. The dough is not that thin. This one consistently gives you minimal dough."

"We ordered and it took well over an hour for a pizza, cheese sticks, and some chicken. The pizza was thin overly cooked and they kept saying the system wasn’t working which cos why my order took so long. I saw multiple customers order during the same time period receive their orders. I inquired three times and they kept asking to see the same receipt over and over. $54 for a thin crust, 6 wings, and a bowl of spaghetti. Save your time and money. Never again"

"The Manager Mohammad R does not keep his word he lied when we called and he said he would give us credit the next time we ordered... we spent $36.50 on a pizza and we did not receive what we paid for... they ripped us off. Then Mohammad R and Brandon decided they were not going to make it right and did not give us credit. We had food pickup and it was 10 minutes before they closed we got delivery and called immediately. We love Ledo's Pizza and have been patriots for over 10 years but that didn't matter in providing great customer service for there ERROR. Mohammad along with Brandon who WAS very RUDE and disrespectful... saying he didn't care and it was nothing he could do for us!"
