"Don’t come here if you want to come to the window and order. They will ignore you. I watched 4 different people walk past the window, look over at me then ignore me. Never had this happen at a checkers before. I literally only wanted to order two things. But now the drive thru line is too long so I’ll have to find somewhere else to go. At least acknowledge that a person is at the window. A simple “We’ll be right with you” goes a long way. But to stare at someone then ignore them is not customer service at all."
