"You are allowed to use this place for only one hour on Priority pass. After that it’s $30+ per hour. Service could be better. It was annoying people knocking on my door twice during my stay. There has to be a better way for people to know a room is occupied. I guess a closed door isn’t enough. I decided to visit this lounge a second time hoping time gave it a chance to improve. Nope, It didn’t improve but got worse. Very dirty rooms and the customer service went down to one star only."

"I got a free hour with Priority Pass, otherwise I wouldn’t have come. It’s $55.00 for the first hour and like $13.00 for every 15 minutes after that. Not a great bang for your buck. They have comfortable seating/sleeping quarters. There is an Apple TV with all the apps but you’ve gotta sign into your accounts to watch anything, very minor inconvenience. The young lady working the front desk was very friendly and helpful!"

"Devon was the attendant when I arrived and he was AMAZING. I was traveling with my toddler and have been traveling all day. We were exhausted and decided to grab a room for a few hours while we had a 4 hour layover. Devon was attentive and kind. He was an angel in disguise during my stressful day. I would love for him to get recognized for his excellent customer service!! If I’m ever in Baltimore again, I will be returning because of my great experience!"

"The room was fine for what I needed, just a place to get some work done while I waited. Price was ok for 1 hour. However I was warm when I arrived. Probably due to the long walk. I adjusted the thermostat to make it cool in the room. When the temperature kept rising instead of lowering I let the attendant know. She came in and did the same adjustment that I did on the thermostat. And the temperature actually continued to go up. I was shocked that when I left I was not offered any discount for the amount I paid on the room. The attendant was very nice but I think she should have made a gesture to reduce or refund some of the funds I paid. I should not have to ask for it. She knew I was not happy. That's just common sense. Live and learn. Once and done. I will never waste the money again. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NOT WORTH IT"

"It's a perfect space to rest. It's bit pricey, if you want to rest for more than 2 hours maybe you can easily go to a hotel just nearby. If you're in a terminal different to C, then you need to go out and do customs check in in C. But don't worries it's quite easy and short. At least in my case in normal weekend ."
