"This is our go-to for special occasions. We are never disappointed. This visit was for my mom’s birthday and she said it was the best steak she’s ever had."

"We had a party of 12 on Christmas Eve. I ordered from the set price menu selecting Lobster Bisque soup, Stuff Chicken Breast entree, and mini/flourless cake for desert. We also had an appetizer of stuffed mushroom caps. The Lobster Bisque was awful. It tasted like it came from a 20 year old can. Never order that! The stuffed chicken breast was fantastic. The mini cake desert was dry, lacked any sense of sweetness, and had a coffee after taste. My daughter got the mini cheesecake and it was much the same. The service was very good but good service for bad food at that price is a never again?"

"Tonight, my friends and I were eager to enjoy the ambiance of the Inner Harbor, and we chose Ruth's Chris with high expectations. However, our experience took an unfortunate turn upon entering the bar area. Numerous tables and bar spaces were unclean, prompting us to request a spot to be cleaned for our use. Although they complied, the remainder of the area remained neglected. Surprisingly, even when two patrons arrived at the bar, they faced a similar issue, with bartenders only addressing their immediate space. Despite the relatively low busyness, the cleanliness oversight persisted. Disheartened, we opted to stick with coffee and refrained from ordering any food. Upon departure, we sought out the manager to express our concerns. Unfortunately, her response, citing a prior large party, did little to ease our dissatisfaction. Despite our presence for 35-40 minutes, cleanliness remained unattended. The apology seemed insincere, and it left me questioning the typically high standards Ruth's Chris is known for in providing a superior dining experience. This anomaly raises speculation about whether a shift in their customer base has led to a decline in their commitment to maintaining the quality of their service. Regardless of the cause, my confidence in Ruth's Chris has been shaken, and I won't be returning. Fortunately, Baltimore boasts a vibrant culinary scene, offering appealing alternatives that don't necessitate revisiting this establishment."

"Amazing views with high quality food and drinks. Everything was very clean and organized. The food was prepared correctly and tasted delicious. They were out of several things that should have been a staple for a Friday night! The bar was very, very slow unfortunately. The staff was very friendly."

"Husband had planned to take me one place for my birthday dinner and we ended up here instead. One of the greatest changes made. Everything was great. The steak was so juicy and tender. We both got the three course meal. And next time I will definitely choose either a medallion or filet mignon. The cheesecake was a perfect size for me. I always feel it’s too much for such a rich dessert but this was great. We will have to budget for the next time we go. But definitely will be back. Happy 40th to me."
