"Every time I go there to relax and get my nails and feet done the tech asks me invasive personal questions. It’s annoying, not relaxing. The last time i went there I told her she missed a spot on my heels, she cleaned off the scrub brush and told me to do it myself, I said that’s what I pay you for. Not sure if she was having a moment, but the invasion personal questions were consistent for me smh"

"I would not recommend this place at all. They are extremely rude. I specifically called the place for an appointment, told them my husband needed a pedicure, that he is a stroke survivor and a diabetic! The lady herself gave me a 3:30 appointment. But when I showed up with my husband who still struggles to walk, they had no professional courtesy to come to the front desk to speak to me. She kept saying rudely “do you have an appointment?” I kept repeating 3:30 and she said “we are busy, you will have to wait!” No explanation, no acknowledgment that she had given me a time. It is a competitive world, thank goodness! Another place just down the street proved they are better humans!!"

"Very Busy! Had a 1:00pm appointment but wasn’t brought back till 1:25 and sat with feet in the bowl, soaking for 10 minutes before someone was ready. Got a “runner”pedicure & manicure and did not leave till 3:00pm. Ken did a wonderful job and had great attention to detail. Highly recommend making an appointment earlier in the day, with Ken."

"I don't normally treat myself to getting my nails done, but Ken is great. I've gone twice once for my wedding and once for fun. Ken is super attentive to details and goes out of his way to make sure you love your nails. I will definitely be back!"
