"Edit: after recently going to another salon, both my daughter and I are even more displeased with the service at this bubbles. I should have asked for a partial refund at the time. What we paid for elsewhere was a far better experience and much more professional work on the hair. Preface by saying my daughter seems happy with her haircut. As a parent paying for a service, I feel it could have been better. We booked “any stylist” but when we arrived no one told us who our stylist was and she actually didn’t introduce herself. I only know her name from the receipt. I also really wish the website has more information on pricing as I did not know there was a “long hair charge”. That seems excessive given we are already paying for a haircut and blow dry (note: her hair wasn’t actually completely dry anyways - if we are going to be charged for long hair then please take the time to dry the long hair)"

"I just had the absolute best haircut cut ever from Liberty at Bubbles of Olney. She listens,hears and follows exactly what look you are going for .She is simply fantastic and I love the style - wether I blow dry it straight or give it the natural scrunch curly look . No other hairdresser has been able to do that …even those that charge the $150 at a time and I have tried many! She is a magical artist✨"

"Please take me off your email list. I keep un subscribing and I still receive your unwanted emails. My terrible experience here- Decided to take a break from my regular hair dresser because of the distance. I decided to try this location being so close. Well the first visit was okay and that was the end of that because with each appointment after it got worse. Color was not right, hair lights were worse. Even getting my hair washed was painful. Never felt great when I left. I believe I even came back to correct the color. I don’t recall my hair dressers name but the last appointment I made with her for a color and cut she without asking if it was okay, turned me over to another hair dresser without asking me….very unprofessional. I decided it was time to go back to my regular hair dresser to fix all the damage this salon did to my hair."

"I don’t like doing negative reviews but after thinking about it I think I should. Margarita, I’m sorry. I felt rushed by the way she was pushing my head around and tugging at my hair kind of painfully honestly. I had to pull my head away at one point when blow drying because it was too hot and I have a pretty high pain tolerance. I don’t ever recall being so concerned at a salon that I was losing a lot of hair. I felt every hair that came out no joke. While I won’t say DONT go there or don’t see Margarita, I will just say this. As we should be doing anyway, just be vocal and voice your concerns. I always hold it in but usually it’s not so bad I’m still thinking of it days later."
