"This was my worst experience at a hair salon ever. I asked for layers in my hair and they did it reversed. The inner portion of my hair is shorter than the outer portion. He was so aggressive with my hair, he was brushing it and when there was a knot he would just rip through it instead of holding my hair to make it less painful. He was really aggressive with the brush and it just overall was a horrible experience. I do not recommend."
