"I did dipping powder with Cindy. She’s amazing. She did such a good job! My nails were so messed up from going to a different place nearby. I showed her the picture of what I wanted and was going for which is a very clean look. Russian manicure “ish” and she did it! No acrylic was added or anything. These are the same nails as the before picture. She’s just good at what she does. Including before and after pics"

"Over charged me for a French set. 85 dollars!? No design none of that and she said it was 15 just to pop the nails I had on off? She literally took another fake nail and popped them off within a few mins and to charge someone 15 dollars not even soaking them is ridiculous. 15 minus 85 is 70 and I’ve never paid more 55 dollars for a basic full set ever."

"I hate these nail shops and people who run them with no customer service cares. Unprofessional, have made multiple appointments and have had to wait over 30 minutes every time. The manager doesn’t care if her employees are rude and we pay way too much to accept anything."

"I went in for a gel manicure today, and my nails were done so sloppy. I am upset i had to pay $75.00 for them. the lady was rushing through my nails, made the dots to big and the lines are uneven(See photos). There is no accountability when you bring the mistakes made to their attention, it seems it does not matter how long you have been patronizing their establishment they simply do not care. I guess they do not realize that I have the choice to take my business elsewhere. I will NOT be patronizing this establishment EVER again."
