"They are professional and clean. The salon is well maintained and hygienic. They do cover their faces with a mask and provide a good experience. They are threading only no waxing available. They are reasonable and have a good number of staff members readily available as soon as you walk in. Wait times are usually low considering the number of staff members they have. I definitely recommend this salon for threading, lashes and tinting needs."

"Went in for threading/tint, what a NIGHTMARE. A short Spanish lady serviced me with no gloves, in the middle of the appointment she tells me to wait 5 minutes for the brow tint to set, then proceeds to take another costumer WITHOUT gloves and return to me 15 minutes later. A day later, my eyes are swollen & I have very noticeable red bumps all over my brows. What else could they be spreading with their poor sanitation. When I called them today the lady has the nerve to ask me "what do I want her to do". I don’t believe this is an allergic reaction, I’ve had brow tint before. I believe this is an infection from their unsanitary work environment. After looking through reviews this happens often. This place ruined my brows, final results were boxy not like my natural brow shape and to top the cake I’m left bumps. Would never recommend to a friend."

"I came there today and did the tinting and eyelash. I told the lady I wanted a clean look and she started threading which was fine. Then she started tinting and I thought as seeing it initially, I'm like...wow that's thick...thought it was a process before the shaping. Then I asked her to install the clustered eyelashes and she said the short Andrea permalash are good and I asked for a human hair but apparently that's the only brand they carry and so I said to go ahead. These 3 processes were done superfast which means I knew it will not last and the glue/lash placement is terrible and messy visible. The lady that did my lashes was nice, no bad attitude or anything like that but I think the persons are not trained professionally. Within an hour, the first lash fell off and you can definitely see that I just removed it cause I can't be seen in that to work tomorrow."

"Great experience! Skeptical at first because of the bad reviews but it was convenient. First and foremost went on a weekday so it was damn near empty no waiting so that was nice. As soon as I sat down I told the lady specifically what I wanted my trouble areas and so forth. She explained she could do it and she was a professional. I was happy with the end result of my eyebrows. Overall I was very pleased. Definitely will be returning!"

"I’ve done my eyebrows(threading) quite a few times here and the service is very superb. My eyebrows are not easy to shape evenly because one is strangely thinner than the other and they have somehow figured out at this place how to make them as even as they could possibly be which no one has been able to master. I find that whenever I go I generally don’t have to wait long because they are quick but also efficient. I don’t ask for a special person when I go there because I’ve found that whichever of the tech does my eyebrows, they usually do an excellent job. I would highly recommend."
