"They never give you a receipt. Plus, when I order here versus another DD, it never tastes the same, and I order the same thing almost every time."
"This place does it consistently right. I don’t need to check my orders after going through the drive thru. That’s saying a lot for the other DDs in the area. I did have a weird interaction recently where the drive thru order screen was showing something I didn’t order and I kept telling the employee and she kept insisting it wasn’t on there. I wasn’t charged for it when I paid, so not sure what was going on. On that same occasion I received an extra sandwich, which they acknowledged and they said to keep it because they made too many. That’s good customer service."
"HORRIBLE SERVICE. I prefer the Laurel Bowie Rd location. They are much more professional. The young man at the microphone before the window was extremely rude and offered no solutions to their being out of what I preordered in the app via mobile order. Then they proceeded to waste my time. They did not give me the information for the manager to complain and the survey I completed meant nothing because I requested to be contacted and was not. I ALWAYS go out of my way to the other location."
