Papa Johns Pizza

"I usually come to this location but this time it was bad. Pizza tasted funny. Similar to tasting the fridge odor in your food. I was also missing the additional peppers I paid for. When asked to have the missing item the cashier who just tapped all over the register went behind the counter and brought the peppers in bare hand. I also saw employees sitting on the bottom shelf of the prep tables with phones in hand. Normally when the main manager/lead is working everything is fine and taste good. This shift is making me reconsider ever visiting this location again."

"Sorry to say, but the pizza did not seem like it was fresh. I'm used to a pizza that looks hot and juicy. The pizza I had did not look that way. It looked dry and old even when heated the same day it didn't taste fresh."

"I will update this each order and can give you an idea of what to expect. Regret. I went against my better judgment and decided to buy anyways. Resulted in me getting to enjoy grease-soaked, undercooked, doughy, limp pizza and diarrhea. Of course I ate some as had already paid for it, but ended up throwing away the remaining half. *I added a star as the past few times bought here were decent. Edit: I still didn't learn my lesson. Edit 2: Ordered extra cheese, parmesan romano (extra), 3-cheese blend (extra). What did I get? Normal cheese + a sprinkling of the other 2. It is the typical of not worth the time/hassle of having it be corrected, so you just accept it and be disappointed. Edit 3: Bumped up to 3 stars. A normal experience of nothing being wrong. Edit 4: Back to 2 stars. Somehow made it a limp noodle and overcooked the crust at the same time. They forgot my cool ranch dipping sauce, which I was highly looking forward to. Called and the manager said he'd credit a free pizza to my account. He did not honor his word. Edit 5: I've since ordered 5 more times: 2 were good, 1 was average, 1 was decent but kinda lacking, 1 was subpar. I bumped rating back up to 3 stars. From the many times I keep coming back, overall it's relatively good with a decent possibility of being bad. Usually the bad experiences are what's remembered or commented about, so here to say overall it's worth getting. This will be my last edit and a good overall for you to make your own decision. Edit 6: Well, I'm back again from multiple orders. This really will be my last as part of New Year's resolution is to stop getting fast food ((future me, if I come back to edit again, I am a failure of a person)). After so many orders I've came to the realization that if you order a normal pizza, ~70% of the time it will come out normally. If you get cheese in the crust, ~70% of the time it will be floppy. It's not even worth it as the company watered down the cheese so it doesn't even taste normal and sometimes can even blend in with the crust, which is cheap too and intentionally made to run through you, filled with sugar, etc. Get Domino's for actual decent quality ingredients. That's for the company, the store itself is decent. The drivers were always nice, don't jip out on tipping them. TLDR: It's decent food. Don't order cheese in the crust as you'll be disappointed and it'll be floppy (even at Well Done). Domino's has better quality ingredients. Tip the drivers."

"Ordered 2 large pizzas, cheeseticks and cookie. The cheesesticks were old and they threw cheese on top! To add insult to injury, they then placed the marinara sauce on top."

"I ordered a meal online when my meal was delivered the person left my food on the ground outside and did not knock on the door or call or text. I got no notification that my food was delivered and I found it on the ground outside at night. The person left my gate open; which it was closed when they arrived so they should have closed it upon departure. Also, the food is burned and hard to chew. The Papadias have barely any meat or content in it. I've had papadias before from different Papa John's locations and usually they have a good amount of ingredients inside"
