"Employee appeared annoyed that I got there to pick up food. When I got home I discovered they failed to put sauce and cheese in the middle of one pie. And just cheese on the other. Shows a clear lack of quality control."
"Didn't definitely order hot spicy wings but that's what I got. I don't eat spicy foods. Pizza was good. Call GM next day and she had a not pleasant attitude. "They had a promo code valid only for yesterday, I showed them the text message that came from Papa John’s cause the code wasn’t working! The staff was very rude. They said, that they could not do anything about it cause it was an online offer. It should a help desk line to handle those issues. It was an online coupon from them but for my local market."
