"Bruh I just got cursed out just because I wanted BBQ sauce. Went through the drive through, and paid. The lady hands me my drink and walks away. I didn’t quite hear what she said but I know I needed to ask for some sauce. So after 5 mins or so she came back thinking I was the next customer and once I told her I paid, she was pissed because I was running up the wait time and etc. I understand you are being clocked and everything but I didn’t deserve to be yelled at by somebody’s mother over sauce. Stop trying to cheat the system by pushing people out of the line to look good to corporate. Hire more staff to get the times you want or give your employees realistic expectations so that they are not cursing out people over sauce."

"The female with the accent working the drive thru is rude. Its 6pm and there is not adequate chicken made and ready for sale. Her responses are rude. "I didnt say we didnt have chicken" well obviously, but when I asked what do you have, she said nothing as in zero. This is why you lose customers by hiring people that just need a job to check a box on some application."

"Edit: Update the quality has dropped significantly since I last visited here. The food was stale and old tasting, the store was dirty especially the bathrooms, and the employees were no longer friendly. I’m not sure what happened but in just a few months this went from being one of my favorite fast food spots in the area to one of the worst. I had many 5 star experiences here in the past but after how poor my last visit was I would be pretty hesitant to go back. I can look past the dirty store and the unfriendly employees but the food was so questionable I didn’t even eat half of it I had to throw it away which is something I almost never do I hate wasting food. Previous review from July 2023 : As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly cashier. I quickly placed my order and in a very short time received my food. The food was fresh and tasted great. Lots of other fast food restaurants have jacked their prices up due to “inflation” but the prices here are very reasonable. If you are looking for a delicious fast food meal at a reasonable price look no further."

"I love the original fried chicken & biscuits. The mac & cheese is alright while the mash & gravy tastes like pureed cardboard. Get the Cole slaw pr fries instead. I find the kfc sauce too strong and the honey mustard is great as its more of a grainy honey mustard."
