"The renovations have taken all the charm out of the place. The lighting is bright and sterile. The interior could now be any other fastfood chain. I was just in France and the restaurant at the gas station had more charm (seriously, my friend and I were on a long road trip so we ate at the gas station and we kept commenting on how nice it was.)"

"Came in on a Sunday around 11. Took about 20 mins in line to get our order in, then another 35 mins till the food came out. Literally order 2 things, sandwiche and a thanksgiving meal. Both were serviceable although a little greasy. Overall just okay, would probably give them another star if order and getting the food didn't take a whole hour. Staff was friendly and accommodating."

"I purchased a whole coconut cake still delicious but my concern was it wasn’t 2 layers it appeared to be 1and a half layers. I called the Columbus site where I purchased spoke with a young lady stated she was the manager she couldn’t give me an explanation instead she asked what do you want me to do as I was speaking she hung the phone up on me. I asked to get in touch with corporate she say I have to go online. I have been buy the coconut cake for years which was two full layers. Please do better I’m a paying customer be give us (customer) what we pay for please. I’m going to make another visit sometime in the future to see if I get an actual 2 layer cake. I’m disappointed in the bakery department do better please."

"Wasn't what I remembered. I used ti frequently visit the Columbia MD location and the Reston VA spot. Speaking of the Columbia location I have to say it was disappointing. It was 2 PM on a Friday post lunch crowd. My food took extremely long and came out cold, seriously it was cold (ham and cheese crepe)."

"The first time I went there, I was a bit confused on where to order food, how to order food, etc. I see others have the same issue :) I think it would be nice for them to have a floating person that when they see people come in, greet them to improve customer service and reduce confusion upon entering lol. The food is very fresh, received hot, received quickly, and has good taste; the jam is DELICIOUS! Other than receiving your food and then leaving your dishes on the table, it is totally self-serve; so if you are not into that, do not go, or if you do not have the ability or do not like to get your own drinks, condiments, silverware etc., do not go - just giving a heads up! I think the place lacks a bit on the cleanliness side and could use some work there. I wish they could/would also paint the exterior of the building and interior as well for a bit more authentic feel; but I still okay as is. I definitely recommend the place for sure, just expect something a little different :) The price is very reasonable for the nice food. And, I usually despise baguettes, but the ones here I absolutely LOVE (fresh and tasty!)."
