Philly's Best Pizza & Subs

"I ordered delivery; the food here is good but the pizza was ruined. The cheese and sauce went over the crust of the pizza and became a soggy, wet mess. It also wasn't sliced properly so I needed to use scissors to make slices. I like this place so I will order from here again, but it's a shame this happened with delivery because I've never had this happen with pick up orders."

"I been ordering pizza from Philly’s Best Pizza & Subs and never had an issue. My pizza was delivered hot and fresh with barely any tomato sauce. I called to make this complaint and ask for a new order. Of course no customer satisfaction so they have lost a great customer. Will not be ordering again from them."

"There's a lot of pizza & cheesesteak restaurants in east Columbia, but I find that Philly's Best is the most consistent with great food. The cheesesteaks are overflowing with meat and served on soft oven-toasted rolls. The pizza is always good, albeit usually greasy to the point that my wife insists on soaking some up with a napkin before eating. The wings (regular and boneless) are always a hit. They offer several specials and also online ordering. However, none of the specials can be ordered online. If they would add the specials to the online ordering system, they'd move up to 5-stars so that I wouldn't always have to call to place an order."

"I used to love ordering from Philly’s Best until my last 3-4 deliveries. This is how my pizza was delivered after the 45 minute wait. When I called back, the manager got upset with me and told me this was the last delivery to my address as if I were ever gonna order from them again. Always ordering from them and topping them and this is what I get. I’ll also be getting my money back when I put the claim on my bank with Navy Federal. Philly’s Best isn’t only pizza and sub shop located in Columbia. You foreigners come into America and think you can talk and treat Americans any kind of way. This is something a dog would eat. Feed it to your families instead."

"Visiting from out of town, my mom order us some food from this trash of a place!! My funnel cake fries were cold so I decided to call and tell them, the manager was rude and nasty while we were chatting on the phone! The food is trash and so is the customer service, save your money and time! Even the Baklava that I ordered was dry and tasteless!!"
