"Ordered hand tossed super Supreme. Great toppings, except lacking cheese. Very little? Had to hunt. Toppings wanted to fall off. Needs more cheese."

"There is this tall young African American man that is Muslim that will offer you plates and napkins after giving you your order he’s very polite and nice, he communicates well and lets you know how long your meal is going to take, he also when one of my pizzas wasn’t the right toppings made a new pizza for me and this was done under five minutes. When you see that tall man with a cap on just know your pizzas will taste amazing."

"It was a nice experience. The personal pan pizza I picked up was fresh and hot and on time and tasty good. The workers were professional and pleasant and made me smile and offered me napkins."

"Picking up the pizza and paying was quick and painless. The pizza had some bubbling and a slice and a half were missing cheese and sauce, but overall it was still a good pizza and for the price (large 9.99). I really can't complain too much. I would recommend if you're looking for some value food/pizza, and I will visit again."

"I ordered my food & give instructions to the store giving my apartment # and code to enter my building. Also had my phone number. My food was left outside on the dirty ground with animals & bugs around the neighborhood. I called the restaurant & spoke to the manager. Her first response to me was it's a door dash problem and I should call them. I informed her I ordered through Pizza Hut website not door dash. She informed me that they didn't have enough drivers so they had to use door dash. I asked her how are customers supposed to know that and it's not a problem that I should chase down. I do not like when you get an automatic excuse instead of taking ownership and apologizing. She kept on insisting it was door dash and never once apologized. My food was also messed up in the box. It was completely ruined. I can't eat this. She told me she would call me back and hung up. This is not the service I expect from Pizza Hut. I want my money back. Take the pizza back to the restaurant. Update: Took food back. 2 ladies in the store helped me. They apologized and refunded me. Hopefully they will report the driver to Door Dash."
