"Erika was amazing. She was extremely patient and knew the menu very well. She checked in on us often without it being annoying or us feeling rushed. She gave great recommendations as well. We will be back just for her phenomenal service. The food selections we chose were flavorful. The restaurant was clean and neat. We sat near the door so the only thing was every time the door opened we felt the breeze, which was often because they are really busy. Overall I recommend Milk & Honey. I would also suggest they start taking reservations."

From the moment she greeted us, she made sure to accommodate our needs and even informed us about the time limit so that she wouldn't rush us until all our guests arrived. Erica's engagement and investment in providing exceptional service were truly outstanding. What impressed me even more was that Erica turned out to be a manager, which she didn't even mention. She treated us like she was a regular staff member, showing her dedication and commitment to the job. The conversation with her was great, and her menu recommendations were spot on. I appreciated that she didn't recommend items based on price, but rather tailored them to our preferences. Even when a drink turned out to be unpleasant, she was honest about it and went the extra mile to make sure we understood why it wasn't a good choice. She made another recommendation, the Front of Brunch Punch, which was fantastic. "Got food here a a week or so ago because my boyfriend and I were in the area and we wanted to try something new and the food was phenomenal!! We had gotten the Cajun shrimp and sausage alfredo I think it was and after the first bite it had me wanting more.
