Wendy's 1064 Maryland 3, Gambrills, MD 21054

"Until recently this Wendy's always looked liked it was close, but be reno has helped. However, my most recent experience was HORRIBLE. I frequently use the Wendy's app to order my food to receive rewards. However after placing my order through the Wendys app and proceding to drive thru, the cashier indicates that I need to pay more. I indicated that I fully paid via app. The issue is that the cashier processed the mobile app order incorrectly. I tried to share my app receipt with correct price so they could verify, but the manager and team were reluctant and inexcusably ignorant to how the Official Wendy's app worked. They wanted me to pay the non combo price for kids meals. I even called another Wendy's that could confirm that the app was correct but the gentleman that came out to chat was ignorant to the situation. I asked him to process the same order at the cashier as normal combo pricing, he just gave me a blank stare. This wasted so much time, it was late, children was hungry. Infuriating, I will not be visiting this location again. Staff need to be trained on all systems and apps."

"We ordered 2 Spicy Chicken sandwich meals with bottles of water. However, the only thing they got right was the medium fry and bottles of water. We got completely different sandwiches which severally disappointed my wife. If anyone knows a disappointed wife is a very sour night! You can't replace a watery mouth ready for a Spicy Chicken sandwich. Please refund our purchase and conduct training for the night crew on Thursday nights."

"I went here with all my siblings and my grandma, it took a while for someone to come out and take our order, he wasn’t paying attention, and we ended up ordering 2 burgers, fries and 3 frosties. After we got our order, we got the wrong thing. After receiving our actual food when we complained to him, the food was pretty cold and bland. When we pulled out our burgers, there were 2 separate patties on each one! How does that even happen? Anyway the fries were bad and unsalted, the burger tasted like nothingness, and the only good thing was the frosty. There were dirty tables and constant loud chatter from the back. Would not recommend to anyone, do not go here."

"I went through the drive-thru at the beginning of their lunch service. In addition to nuggets, I purchased two large fries without salt. I didn’t realize until I pulled off that the fries were absolutely disgusting. The fries were very hard and VERY oily - and tasted like old grease. They obviously threw cooked fries with salt back into the grease - and then cooked them again before giving them to me. (Was this their lazy and disgusting attempt to somehow “wash” the salt off - instead of making fresh fries without salt???). I will never return to this Wendys! This location should be shut down."

"TL;DR - Don’t both going here, there are better fast food options all around the vicinity. Since moving to the area two years ago I’ve been to this location about eight times (about once per quarter). Every. Single. Time. The line in the drive through moves very, very slowly. Every. Single. Time. My order is wrong. The restaurant is always good about making it right but why do I even bother placing my order at the menu if I’m just going to have to repeat it when I go to pick up my food. I love the variety and quality of the food for the most part but at its best it’s nothing to write home about. Besides, there’s nothing on the menu here that doesn’t have a similar item on one of the other options nearby."
