"i had an amazing meal, food was cooked perfect, still hot and fresh, we had amazing bartender named lydia, she was on top of everything the whole evening! she outdid herself the whole night! amazing service and communication and id definitely come back if she's my server again! good drinks and excellent explanations of menu and drink items and still made time for everyone despite being busy"

"Outback should be ashamed for calling themselves a steakhouse. I know they’re not a high end steak house, so by no means do I expect top quality steak, but at least give me something edible. We ordered a 13 oz ribeye and an 18 oz bone in ribeye and it was mostly fat and muscle. I took photos and placed all the nasty picked through pieces on the paper bag they put their bread in, so you can see the pieces. Their Tasmanian chili is made of the same nasty fatty chewy steak meat (probably old steak they couldn’t sell). The only bright spot was the baked potato. Never again!!!"

"The manager Xavier was OK. I ordered the curbside and waited for over 15 minutes. I noticed everyone pulling up and going inside to get their orders. So I went inside the young lady was on her personal phone. Never returned around to acknowledge me. I spoke, and she just asked what's my name was and grabbed the bag. I took the food and it was cold and my order was wrong. I had to come back and get my money back. I was very disappointed after driving so long just to find this location. I was told by an outback employee that if I wanted good wings, I should go to UNO, which is in the same parking lot. So that's what I did. It's a shame because I love outback wings."

"What can I say? Service and atmosphere were just fine. The food, on the other hand, was absolutely horrible! I had the French onion sirloin with mashed potatoes and green beans. As anyone can see, the green beans are withered, and they were extremely soft. Zero crunch to them at all. Overcooked. The mashed potatoes were mashed but extremely dry. I poured the French onion dip on the side on the potatoes, and that didn't do much to remedy it. The steak, it was cooked how I requested. But there was nothing grilled about this. It was dry and just not a good cut of meat at all. The crispy blooming onions on top were very good. But that was about it. I'm not sure what is going on up in the kitchen here. But there are not many options at this hour of night for a late dinner after work. This place did not satisfy anything involving the food at all. And apparently, I wasn't the only one who noticed. This is the second time I tried Outback and it's just not my place to come have a meal. Your staff bartending are doing just fine."
