"Unfortunately after 5 messed up orders of basic pizzas (Cheese and Buffalo Chicken- no modifications), we will no longer be visiting this restaurant. I am shocked at the lack of basic training of the employees here. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first few times, but I can no longer wait around on Friday evenings for my pizza to be re-made almost every time I try to go here."
"First and last time going here. You need to train your employees in customer service. I purchased 2 slices. I waited for 20 minutes. Meanwhile a gentleman came in after me, ordered 2 slices and waited for only about 5-10 minutes and received his slices before. I had to confront the staff the gentleman came in like 10 minutes after me, ordered and walked out before me with his pizza? No apologies, no communication that my slices were coming right up. No thank you, I'm not paying for poor customer service."
"Best $6 spent for a slice and a fresh baked cookie. Everything here is good. I love the pasta. My favorite is the ravioli with meat sauce. But, when I'm on the go and on a budget, a pizza slice and a cookie is the way to go while on the go."
"Picked up a large cheese (promotional price) and a large pepperoni. Without a doubt, some of the best pizza I've gotten in the area. I ordered from here years before and it was not up to par. But the current management and staff hit it out of the park tonight. Pizzas were not overcooked, and the cheese and pepperoni were plentiful."
"My family and I came here on a Friday for the first time. The food was great. The salad was extremely good and my whole family enjoyed the pizza. The buffalo wings we had were great as well. The food came out quick and we had no issues. I would recommend this place especially for families when you have no time to cook dinner. Inside was kept very clean as well. We will definitely return and look forward to trying some of the other menu items. A great addition for a restaurant choice on Rt 40 in Ellicott City."
