Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

"Abysmal customer service! I tried to have a wire transfer made at the Dale City Branch to send my son a Christmas gift and was told that I had to make an appointment the following day. This, with a nearly empty bank and the few customer service people apparently not working very efficiently. I tried to call the bank back later to cancel the appointment, but nobody answered the phones, time after time. Shameful performance - poor or nonexistent management, too few people working, and no sense of urgency - and a ridiculous phone system that quickly answers with "all of our agents are busy, go to our website"."

"Poor management , Rose the branch manager was very unhelpful and didn't help me cash my checkout. Zero Star for this branch , needs better training !!"

"I was in there today for the first time to cash a VA lottery check that I received 10 minutes before entering the Bank, the VA lottery people said go to this Bank of America because they cash all their lottery checks and it’s.5 minutes away and you don’t need an account, So right off the manager inspects the check top to bottom, I had my passport and my drivers license and I had the lottery people a phone call away to verify the check that I l just received minutes before, finally the manager found an excuse not to cash it , he said since I used my post office box as my address and the. Fact that I was black he couldn’t and wouldn’t cash it, it was the most humiliating experience ever. I’m gonna file a case against this manager for blatant racism…. This manager was the most racist person I’ve ever met..so sad that Bank of America continues to hire these types of people…… So just remember that they are RACIST as ever at this branch….the manager is a foreigner and he treats me like this and I’m born and raised here in the USA…."

"I had the pleasure of visiting this branch recently and after waiting in line for about 7 to 8 minutes, I was greeted with a friendly smile from a teller named Vasana. She was so polite and professional, and patiently waited for me to prepare my transaction. I frequent this location often, primarily using the ATM, but I've never had a bad experience at this location, and customer service on this particular day was extraordinary."
