"The recent changes in banking hours of most banks today creates a problem for those of us who have for years gone thru a non-ATM DriveThru and banking inside of branch offices. It is a big adjustment to adapt to the new system of banking with cell phones and ATMs and reviews reflect the frustration. I find the Fort Belvoir branch to be doing a good job with the resources offered to them. I prefer to go into the bank!"

"Horrible experience. I went to get a document notarize and all the person was to do is to verify i was the person signing the documents but no he decided to pick and chose what he wanted to do. When I asked to speak with the manager. I was told very rudely he was the only person to notarize paperwork and he was not going to do it. So, I had to leave base and go to another PenFed and received the service. The worst banking experience very rude."
