"Food didn't taste fresh. The shrimp in my lo mein tasted like it had been sitting in water for a long time. NEVER EVER AGAIN."
"I ordered general tso's chicken and requested non-spicy as I am allergic to the red pepper used. Food was delivered and I could instantly see the peppers, so I had a colleague taste and she said it was very spicy but yummy. I then had two others try it and they all three agreed it was spicy and found multiple peppers. Called and the lady who answered argued with me, that it was spicy and that they did not use peppers in it at all. Again my colleagues said the food was good but I am out of a lunch and money for a meal that could have been done correctly the first time."
"We order with grubhub at 5 pm. Delivery arrived at 5.35, but they sent one dish wrong, we called them straight away to let them know at 5.37. At 6.30 we still didn't have the replacement. Had to call again to find out what was going on. The food ended up arriving 2 minutes after the phone call. Really bad customer service. Made people wait 1 hour after delivering the wrong food is really bad. I will definitely not order again from them."
"A waste of money! The portions are not consistent. It's better to order in the daytime. At night entrees are smaller, it's like the cook is ready to go home. I order the same two vegetarian meatless entrees. The Vegetarian chicken with mixed vegetables and vegetarian beef Szechuan. There was barely any veggies in one dish. The other dish had a little bit of beef. I called to let them know my issues with the food. I was told this is how the dish is normally made. How hard is it to Cook a side of veggies? I will never patronize this business again."
