"Chi Spa has been my go to for pedis on and off for years. I recently went there for a mani because I'd been gardening and my nails were a mess. I was very disappointed with the mani. The soaking water was cold and didn't have soap in it. I had to ask the tech to clean the dirt from under my nails as it appeared she wasn't going to do it. She also applied three coats of polish and seemed miffed to touch up the smudged nails before leaving the salon. By the time I got home the polish on all my nails were completely smudged! Sadly, I don't think I'll return."

"I have been coming here on and off for about 10 years when I wanted to treat myself to a pedicure. I started to come on a regular basis over the last few months now. Jennifer has done my pedicure the last three times and she does such a great job. I just left there today and my feet look and feel amazing. They are always extremely accommodating when I call for a last minute appt and everyone is very welcoming and friendly."

"I came in for a mani pedi with a friend and the pedicure went fine, not the best I’ve had in terms of how well the polish was applied but not the worst. The manicure, however, was an absolute butcher job. The manicurist was trying to rush things along, so she ripped my cuticles so hard that 3 of my 5 fingernails on one hand had bleeding cuticles since she did not let that hand soak for more than 30 seconds. She tried to stop the bleeding with rubbing alcohol and continued on despite the fact that there was dried blood visible. She also somehow cut me underneath my nail during the process, so I have a papercut-like slice underneath one of my fingernails that hurts every single time I use that finger. The paint job itself was also awful; it was lumpy, did not cover the entire nail, and was on my cuticles and fingers. I wasn’t the one paying, otherwise I would have demanded to not pay for this portion of the treatment. I got home and took the polish off and have tried to properly clean my bleeding cuticles so that they aren’t as noticeable. I have my first day at a new job tomorrow and all I wanted was a nice looking manicure. It seems like all they want to do is gel and dip and they’ve forgotten how to do basic polish."
