"I get upset every time I think about my experience here. I booked my daughter's 8 birthday party here specifically for the pink limousine ride. I waited from when I found out about the place when she was 4 until she turned 8 because I thought that was the perfect age for her to really enjoy it. So I waited 4 years for this place. 2 weeks before, I get a call... "The limousine has broken down.” I understand the limousine was never truly a guarantee. But customer service alone should have been a priority. Not an "oh well! What a disappointment. I could have went to any spa if I knew they would not have the limo"

"Fantastic place for my daughter to visit! Went for a birthday party of a friend and she fell in love with it. Went back the following week to get her ears pierced, and she was so at ease with the two girls that did her piercing. It was amazing! Very kind and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Prices can't be beat either. I will certainly use them for my 2nd daughter later on and highly suggest you choose this place as well!"

"My daughter had her 2nd birthday party here, the atmosphere is very cute and girly we had a party of 8-9 girls, the staff was very nice and kind. They played dress up, got their nails and makeup done, played musical chairs, danced and sung songs, made their own bath salts / lotions etc and ate pizza and cake. We did order the limo ride around town and I will say the limo was so cute but there was a slight odor inside and the A/C was not working well so that was a bummer but other than that I would say the party was a 8 outta 10."

"This was an ok place for our 3 year old daughters first haircut. The job got done, the haircut is fine, and there were no tears. Otherwise, we can’t really say much more. The biggest disappointment was that the workers had no energy and didn’t make an effort to interact with the kids or make our girl feel comfortable, other than putting Frozen on the tv. It was all very transactional. The store is cute and has fun colors, but our girl was very nervous the whole time. I guess I just expected the employees to be a little more kid-friendly."

"Been here twice. First time was birthday party. My daughter enjoyed it so much so i made an appointment for her spa day plus ear pricing. The staffs here are very nice to kids. My daughter is very chatty but Gaby was continually talking to her and making her happy. She did manicure, pedicure, and her hair. They all came out so pretty and she loved them. My daughter got her first ear piercing done here too. She was super scared but staffs waited until she feels comfortable. I would definitely come back here and maybe do birthday party here too."
