"I’ve never had a haircut at this salon, but based on the reviews I thought I would try it. I called a couple of times and no answer, then left a message. I missed one returned call by the owner but they did not leave a message. I called back and the owner miraculously answered. I asked to get an appointment for a haircut and she said, “ what? you want a haircut?”, as a if this was a chore. I then asked for a specific person based on his reviews and the owner said he didn’t work there anymore. Instead of asking if I wanted to book with someone else she asked if I wanted his phone number. She added that they are very busy and booking out in September. I wondered why this place had seemed so familiar and I realized after the phone call that I had tried to get a haircut here in the past with the same result. No recommendation here"

Additionally, her shop is a relaxing place to go. Patti is friendly, welcomes her clients with a smile, which sets the tone for the time I'm there, and I always feel that I have received value for my money. I feel safe, too.
